With input.fm’s Task Board, managing your music projects has never been easier. Designed to cater to the unique needs of the music industry, our Task Board is a dynamic solution for keeping track of tasks across different stages: Pending, In Progress, and Completed.

How to Create a New Task

Follow these simple steps to create your first task:

1. Create New: Click on the “Create New” button, located on the right side of the header.

2. New Task: From the dropdown menu, choose the “Create Task” option.

3. Task Details: A popup form will appear. Here’s what you’ll need to input:

   • Title and Description: Clearly outline the task’s objectives, requirements, and detailed information.

   • Category: Select the appropriate category to help organize your tasks effectively.

   • Due Date: Set a deadline to ensure timely completion.

   • Assign to Contract: Link the task to a relevant active contract.

   • Assign to Executor: Choose the talents you wish to assign this task to. Assign the task to yourself if you are the one who will work on it.

   
   

4. Finalize: Tap the “Create Task” button to complete the form.

Task Created! Your task is now created. Feel free to attach any files either immediately or at a later stage.

Locating Your Tasks with Ease

To view your tasks, the process is straightforward:

1. Simply navigate to Team > Task Board via the main menu.

2. Alternatively, you can tap the button with a search icon, located on the header, which will open a search field. Select the "Task" option from the dropdown and input the task title. Tap the search button again, and you will be navigated to a list of the tasks.
