Our Calendar is your one-stop destination for tracking holds, setting up both public and private meetings, confirming shows, and announcements. Color-coded categories ensure you have a clear visual overview of your schedule at a glance - simplifying your planning process remarkably.
Creating an Event Made Simple
Here's how you can create an event on Input.fm:
Click the "Create New" button located on the right side of the header.
Choose "New Event" from the dropdown menu.
A form will pop up requiring some key details:
Title and Description: Give your event a name and describe what it's all about.
Public Status: Decide whether to make your event public to the input.fm community or keep it invite-only.
Event Type: Select from options like online meetings, in-person gatherings, seminars, webinars, or LIVE Shows to best describe your event type.
Dates and Time: Specify when your event starts and ends.
Location: Provide details about the event's location or, for online events, a meeting link.
Ticketing Platform: For LIVE Shows, you have the option to sell tickets right here on Input.fm!
Hit the "Create Event" button once you're done filling out the form. You can also attach media and invite participants at this step.
Know Your Participants
Being part of an event means visibility in the "Participants" section on the Event page, ensuring everyone knows who's attending and facilitating better organization.
LIVE Show Management
For LIVE Show gigs, attach your event to manage seamlessly and signal to musicians about booking opportunities. Use our filters to find shows that match your preferences or needs.
Shared Calendar: Collaboration and Organization
Every event you attend or participate in appears in your Calendar, making input.fm the ultimate platform for collaboration and staying up-to-date. Perfect for large teams, our shared scheduling and clear relation system aim to eradicate confusion and delays.
